What I'm looking for

I'm looking to drive customer onboarding, adoption, retention, and long-term value in a technology-driven environment, collaborating with product and business teams to improve customer outcomes.

I'm currently managing the end-to-end customer lifecycle for 250+ B2B clients at Prodhee Technologies, from lead qualification and onboarding through product adoption, engagement, and retention.

Previously, at iEnergizer supporting Razorpay merchants, I handled onboarding, payments, settlements, refunds, integrations, and escalations while using customer behavior and support trends to improve user journeys. I work closely with product, technology, risk, and operations teams to turn customer feedback into practical improvements.

My earlier experience in AWS cloud infrastructure and software development helps me translate business requirements into scalable solutions and communicate effectively across technical and customer-facing teams.
