My name is Vailex Brice, and I am currently working as a Search Quality Rater. In this role, I leverage my keen analytical skills to evaluate search engine results and ensure they meet user expectations. My experience has equipped me with a strong understanding of user intent and search algorithms, which I apply to enhance the quality of search results.

Previously, I worked as a Product Support Specialist for TurboTax, where I guided customers through their tax returns and resolved technical issues with the software. My background also includes experience as a Call Center Representative for DOW JONES, where I assisted customers with billing inquiries and newspaper delivery. Additionally, I have a year of technical support experience with ADT Security, troubleshooting alarm systems and scheduling maintenance appointments.

With a high school diploma and a certification in Welding, I am proficient with technology and have built and troubleshot several PCs.
