What I'm looking for
I’m a performance marketing and growth leader with 8+ years running large-scale user acquisition for high-growth consumer apps across the US and India. I treat volume, CAC, and payback as one connected problem, not three separate systems, and I’m hands-on end to end—from channel strategy to measurement and decision cadence.
At PocketFM, I currently own the US acquisition charter (roughly $8M a month) across Meta, Google, and TikTok. I improved blended payback from Month 10 to Month 7 while scaling spend 1.8x, and I lead a team of seven with a channel ownership model supported by analytics and operations.
I’ve focused deeply on mobile attribution and privacy-first measurement—particularly iOS ATT and multi-source attribution integrity. I fixed an iOS attribution breakdown by rolling out Apple Custom Product Pages per show and attributing on internal data, moving iOS from about 30% of the mix to 50–55%, and I rebuilt the AppsFlyer + Amazon QuickSight measurement layer for rolling week-on-week leadership insights.
Previously at Jupiter Money, I owned new-user acquisition across savings account, UPI, and credit cards, improving high-quality user share from ~25% to 40% and building credit card acquisition from scratch (scaling from 500 to 12,000 activated cards per month). Before that, at Swiggy and GATE Academy, I led user acquisition and growth programs across food delivery, quick commerce, and lead generation—often building early lines from 0-to-1 through structured experimentation.
