I’m looking to continue working in talent sourcing and executive search, particularly on hiring for AI/ML, cloud engineering, and other emerging technology roles.

At Solventum, I conduct global searches for AI Architects and cybersecurity engineers and advise senior leaders on hard-to-fill AI/ML and Cloud Engineering roles. I closed 10+ Principal AI/ML Architect roles in a single quarter and reduced time-to-fill for Cloud Infrastructure roles by 15% through preemptive talent pipelining.

At Google (kornferry), I recruited for AI/ML roles, built candidate pipelines, and trained junior recruiters on sourcing and candidate management. I also supported candidates through interviews and partnered with hiring managers on their needs.
