At LGL Technologies, I lead full-cycle Talent Acquisition for enterprise clients and direct a team of five recruiters. I stay hands-on with sourcing, candidate assessment, interviews, and offer-stage follow-up across enterprise and state government hiring.

I also serve as an escalation point for candidates and stakeholders, coordinating with Account Managers and MSP/VMS partners.
As an independent Recruitment Consultant, I supported state and federal government hiring across two concurrent engagements, managing recruitment from sourcing through joining support. I developed targeted pipelines for specialized technical roles with eligibility, citizenship, and clearance criteria.
Earlier, I led recruiter teams at Cogent Infotech and EA Team Inc., and managed full-cycle technology recruitment at Mastech Digital and Resource Logistics Inc. At Mastech Digital, I received a High Honor Certificate for recruitment performance and target achievement.
