What I'm looking for

I'm looking to grow in client-facing roles where I can combine account management, customer success, digital marketing, and technical problem-solving to improve retention, revenue, and customer outcomes.

At XpertDigi, I manage the full client journey for US businesses, from onboarding and Google Ads campaigns to renewals, upselling, and ROI reporting. I also run MYAIO product demos and help clients improve campaign performance, SEO, local visibility, and landing pages.

Previously at Karma Software Solutions, I coordinated work on AccountantBlueBook and supported its small-business users after launch. I maintained 95% CSAT and 85% first-call resolution while improving onboarding, retention workflows, CRM records, and proactive churn prevention.

I’ve also owned sales funnels for US and UK clients at Klix, handling lead qualification, closing, onboarding, support, and cross-selling. Alongside client-facing work, I build full-stack projects including AgriNexus and explore AI automation for practical business problems.
