Alongside that, when a client's growth is capped by their team, I build the team. I've done this three times. Restructured a consumer electronics ecom aggregator's ops team, 4 hires in 15 days, topline up 89% in 12 months. Built a 5-role growth marketing team for a wellness ecom brand in 2 months. And earlier, as Operations Manager at Al Madinah Plastics, built an exec layer from scratch over 190 factory floor staff, output up 50% a year.

None of these were assigned to me. I found the gap, made the case, got budget approved, and ran the pipeline myself. Spec, JD, sourcing, interviews, close.

I use AI daily to move faster, not to skip thinking. Currently building a job-search tool with Claude Code, and have shipped custom workflows (Figma to deployed site) in a few hours where it used to take days.

Full overlap with the US working day. Based in Karachi, available remote.
