What I'm looking for

I’m seeking to leverage my experience to optimize EdTech operations, learner support, and AI automation initiatives.

At Multiple Institutions & Online, I managed A2–C1 learner cohorts across groups of 15+ and 1:1 settings. I administered digital learning environments, marked assessments, and adapted schedules and delivery using learner feedback.

For The Speaker’s Throne, I designed a structured speaking programme for adult learners and built an automated onboarding and communication funnel using Tally, Zapier, and MailerLite. I refined the delivery and formats based on feedback and participation metrics.

My CELTA training and BSc (hons) Quantity Surveying support my work across learner-centred delivery, data accuracy, and process discipline. I’m looking to apply that background to EdTech operations, learner support, and AI automation initiatives.
