I’m a Talent Acquisition Business Partner with 12+ years of experience, channelizing recruitment strategies and driving hiring plans to close requirements within given SLAs. I partner with stakeholders and HR to align hiring strategy with headcount and workforce plans, ensuring roles are created and posted on ATS.
