At Tata Consultancy Services, I work as a Senior NOC Engineer & Team lead Data Centre, supporting infrastructure across 400+ devices at different locations. I help deploy Check Point, Palo Alto, and Cisco FTD firewalls, and use SolarWinds and internal client software for proactive monitoring.

I developed an incident management system to improve tracking and resolution in line with SLAs, and implemented training and procedures for junior engineers. At Sify Technologies Limited, my training program increased team productivity from 47% to 87%; I also configured firewalls, VPNs, and an F5 Load Balancer.
