I’m looking to lead global IT/NOC operations where uptime, ITIL-driven service excellence, and proactive monitoring matter. I want to expand automation, strengthen incident/problem management, and partner with cross-functional teams to improve MTTR and customer outcomes.

I’m an IT operations leader focused on 24x7 Network Operations Center (NOC) delivery, driving service reliability through structured incident response, escalation management, and SLA governance. In senior NOC leadership roles, I’ve led teams (13+ and 30+), implemented ITIL best practices, and coordinated cross-functional responders to reduce MTTR through post-incident reviews and continuous improvement.

I bring hands-on infrastructure expertise across SolarWinds and LogicMonitor monitoring, Linux-based troubleshooting, and automation initiatives that minimize alert fatigue. I also manage core platforms and upgrades—Cisco IOS changes, Windows/Linux server operations, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and backup environments (Druva, Veritas, AWS-based backup)—while maintaining compliance, executive reporting, and high-resolution standards in tools like ServiceNow and Jira.
