What I'm looking for

I'm building Cisco ACI and Nexus 9K expertise to advance into network engineering and data center roles.

At Sify Digital Services Limited, I supported enterprise Cisco infrastructure in a 24x7 NOC as an NOC Engineer (L1) & Shift Lead. I diagnosed OSPF, BGP and Layer 2/3 switching faults, reducing MTTR by 70–80%.

I monitored Cisco ISR routers and select Cisco ASR units using CA Spectrum and NMS tools, and handled ServiceNow tickets through closure. During high-severity outages, I updated clients and stakeholders until resolution.

I coordinated shift handovers, task allocation and L2/L3 escalations, and mentored NOC trainees on tools, ticket workflows and operating procedures. I also supported ASR 9000 hardware replacements and IOS-XR upgrades.

I'm CCNA-certified and currently building expertise in Cisco ACI and Nexus 9K, including SDN fabric concepts, NX-OS, VLAN/VXLAN and vPC.
