At DigiHaat and ONDC, I’ve built 0-to-1 commerce products spanning consumer apps, seller storefronts, bidding, affordability, and settlement infrastructure. I launched DigiHaat’s consumer app as sole product owner for a six-person team and hit its 500K MAU target in 2025.

I’ve turned research into product direction: seller interviews and in-person melas invalidated an AI voice-agent hypothesis, so I redirected the strategy toward an AI agent and PWA storefront for undigitized T2 sellers. I also built a real-time seller-bidding engine, a financing engine integrating Juspay, Pine Labs, and Paytm, and reconciliation infrastructure that reduced settlement cycles from 15 to 3 days.

At Ernst & Young, I led the build of Khojle.com for Jagran Prakashan, helping scale the ONDC commerce platform to approximately 10,000 orders a day within six months. Across 80+ network participants, I improved order confirmation from 70% to 96% and helped deliver core network features including differential commission, cache updates, SKU variants, and seller serviceability.

I’m also building AI agents and builder tools, including a job-search agent whose second version reduced token usage to roughly 5% of V1. I like testing assumptions honestly, killing ideas when the evidence says to, and building practical systems that remove operational friction.
