I cut seller cancellations by 18% through pin code-level cohort analysis, improved onboarding conversion from 4% to 8%, and built a referral engine that reduced CPA by 92% while adding 3.3K leads per month.

At University Living, I owned the company's first mobile app from 0→1, working with four engineers to ship on iOS and Android and scale it to 14,500 annual leads and $1.2M in revenue within two years. I also redesigned AI chatbot routing to bring speed-to-lead down from 2–3 days to under 10 minutes across 6,000+ daily conversations.
