I'm looking for a role where I can apply compliance, IT support, CRM, and customer service experience to maintain accurate records, resolve issues, and support customers and stakeholders in a high-volume environment.

At Remi, I reviewed contractor insurance certificates and business licenses, maintained compliance records, and resolved documentation gaps before onboarding. I also coordinated with contractors, insurance agents, and regional managers to meet company and regional requirements.
