What I'm looking for

I’m seeking opportunities in Software Development, Information Technology, ICT Support, Technical Support, Systems Development, or Business Analysis, where I can contribute technical expertise, business knowledge, and customer-focused service delivery.

At National Debt Counsellors, I manage client accounts and support people through debt review, while handling escalated complaints and complex account queries.

I also train and support new consultants, monitor work against SLA requirements, and contribute to customer retention and client satisfaction.

My Diploma in Systems Development from Boston City Campus gave me a foundation in software development, systems analysis, database design, and business analysis. I have practical experience with programming and web development.

My technical toolkit includes Java, Python, JavaScript, and PHP, along with frameworks such as React, Angular, and Django. I’m looking for opportunities where I can apply my technical knowledge and customer-focused service experience.
