What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer service role where I can assist customers, resolve issues, provide excellent service, and continue learning and growing.

I've supported guests at Movenpick Ambassador Hotel in Accra, handling phone and email inquiries, bookings, schedules, and guest concerns.

I also coordinated airport pickups and shared relevant information to make stays easier. I'm eager to grow in customer service while bringing strong communication, organization, Microsoft Office, and problem-solving skills.
