I’ve been building reliability for Cox Communications at Infosys, designing APM dashboards in New Relic and Splunk and using Claude to speed up log analysis and incident summarization. I’ve also refined alert thresholds in New Relic and PagerDuty to cut alert noise and improve mean-time-to-detect, while supporting 7M+ customer workloads on GKE with Jenkins CI/CD.
Before that, at Infosys for Morgan Stanley, I implemented SRE practices for SLI/SLO tracking, led major incident response to reduce MTTR, and automated recurring operations with Python and Shell. I’ve authored runbooks, managed vendor data feed ingestion, and contributed to disaster recovery testing across data centers—plus I built an AWS monitoring and alerting stack with Terraform as a personal project.
