At Airtel, I designed and rolled out an incident response framework that cut average response time by 40%. I track Golden Signals across microservices and built Prometheus and Grafana dashboards for service health and error budgets.

I used OpenTelemetry tracing to pinpoint a slow database query behind a latency spike, optimized it, and brought latency below one second. I’ve also handled payment gateway failures by isolating upstream latency and enabling a fallback strategy.

At Airtel, I introduced LLM-assisted incident workflows for alert and log summaries, probable root-cause suggestions, and draft RCAs. I also built Python automation for on-call tasks, including Alertmanager-to-Jira ticketing and log parsing.

Previously, at Genpact, I led responses to P1/P2 production incidents and helped sustain 99.9% uptime. I streamlined CI/CD pipelines, supported Kubernetes adoption, and built monitoring and Terraform solutions; I hold the AWS Certified SysOps Administrator – Associate certification.
