I'm an MBA (Digital Transformation) candidate at NMIMS Mumbai (2024-26) with a B.Tech in Environmental Engineering from Delhi Technological University. I'm now a Consultant at Fractal, where I've worked fully remotely since May 2026, in a role that combines business analysis, AI product validation and client leadership.
Career highlights
As Lead BA and client-facing stakeholder on SPOG Phase 2, I led an 8-member cross-functional team across compliance, testing, KT and deployment. We delivered the production release one week ahead of schedule.
I led validation of an AI Insights and KPI Chatbot with 240+ functional, business and edge-case tests. I also authored UAT packs, test strategies and training guides, with 50+ test cases executed.
I designed a Usage Tracking Dashboard with 12+ adoption, engagement and GenAI KPIs.
Earlier, at ICE Studios, I built a database of 140+ hotels across 7 event destinations and launched a corporate Instagram presence from scratch.
My research internships at FMS Delhi and IIT Dhanbad built my analytical rigour, and I've published an article on urban drainage and flood resilience in IJHSSM.
Skills: UAT and test strategy, requirements gathering, stakeholder management, process automation (Pipefy, Zapier), Python, SQL, Tableau, Excel and PowerPoint. I've also completed Coursera certifications in Machine Learning and Tableau, and the Management Consulting Leadership Program.
What I'm looking for: A role in business analysis, AI/GenAI product delivery, QA and validation, or consulting, ideally with a remote-friendly, high-ownership team. I'm most motivated by products where AI has real-world impact and has to be reliable.
Beyond work: I enjoy creative writing, cricket and singing. I won Mumbai Darshan 2024 at NMIMS and have volunteered for fundraising at the NGO Childo Education and Research Foundation. At DTU, I led a 28-member team at Cognizance '23, IIT Roorkee, and organised Ecopreneurs with 200+ participants.
