Manansh Khanuja

I’m currently pursuing an M.Sc. (Hons.) in Mathematics and a B.E. (Hons.) in Electronics & Communication Engineering at BITS Pilani, and I’m drawn to roles where rigorous thinking meets real-world building. I like turning ambiguous problems into structured analysis, then shipping prototypes that test and improve quickly.

In my EY summer internship in Management Consulting (Financial Services), I supported a leading bank’s growth strategy—helping drive a 4x increase in corporate-salary accounts over 5 years across workstreams. I designed and ran surveys reaching 20,000+ participants, benchmarked 5 banks to shape a value proposition around 11 personas, and built a 20+ screen salary-account journey prototype with multi-path KYC and co-originating 10+ pre-approved products.

Across projects, I’ve been focused on applying generative AI in practical workflows. At Techsectra, I worked in the Founder’s Office—recruiting HR/BDR interns across India & Spain and creating the company’s first client-facing pitch deck. With MeetingMind, I developed a 5-stage AI pipeline for speaker-labeled transcripts, automated executive summaries and action items via a Llama-3 prompting layer, and deployed a live containerized app on HuggingFace Spaces with Docker.

I also enjoy leadership and teaching that sharpen communication and clarity. As Secretary (Department of Mathematics) at BITS Goa, I owned planning and logistics for a 250+ attendee annual dinner and helped lead an Open Day drawing 1,000+ visitors. As a Senior Consultant and Teaching Assistant, I’ve synthesized research into recommendations, strengthened brand presence, taught Graph and Networks, and competed in case challenges by re-engineering models and applying value-led growth thinking.
