What I'm looking for
I’m a customer service professional with progressive experience delivering first-class service and measurable problem resolution across voice and multichannel interactions. I’m skilled in first contact resolution, inbound and outbound call handling, caller support, and customer empathy—especially when customers are irate and time-sensitive outcomes matter.
In my roles, I’ve owned escalation and follow-up to drive the right actions and resolutions, while also supporting operational performance through training and calibration. At an outsourcing customer care environment, I handled irate customers, monitored churn trends, and worked to win back churned customers through fast issue resolution and immediate escalation.
