I’m a Kenyan Sales representative with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Criminal Justice. I combine crime-analysis thinking with effective communication to understand needs, build trust, and drive outcomes for customers and the business.

At Kaon Distributors, I interacted directly with customers across the sales process—identifying needs, pitching relevant products or services, and ensuring a positive experience from start to finish. I handled orders from existing or potential sales outlets, provided complete solutions, resolved customer problems and complaints, and performed cost-benefit and needs analysis to boost revenue growth, customer acquisition, and profitability.

Alongside my sales work, I supported legal processes at the Law Courts Kericho, including entry of cases, opening new casefiles, casefile retrieval, attending court sessions, and drafting affidavits and court orders. I’m also skilled in research, communication in English and Kiswahili, and data visualization using Tableau and QGIS, plus strong MS Office capabilities for reporting and documentation.
