At nbn™ Australia, I lead monthly release delivery, change management, and digital transformation across a 130+ member Test and Release department. I've established an IT PMO and rolled out Jira, Planview Release and Verify, and ServiceNow Digital Product Release capabilities for delivery teams.
I've owned end-to-end product and operational delivery for Service Activation, from requirements, solution design, and UAT through prioritisation, stakeholder alignment, and release execution. As a Product Owner, I delivered across two large teams without missing development deadlines and led three consecutive UAT campaigns with no P1/P2 or S1/S2 incidents.
Earlier at Turk Telekom, I led integration across enterprise OSS service activation and provisioning systems supporting 8 million subscribers, and reduced OPEX by 20% through proactive MRTG integration for FTTx and xDSL infrastructure. I bring 20+ years across telecommunications, systems integration, automation, infrastructure, and technical support, with a focus on making complex issues easy to understand.
