What I'm looking for

I am seeking a senior delivery or iteration management role in an Agile organisation where I can lead distributed teams, improve delivery practices, and drive data-informed product outcomes.

I am an experienced Iteration Manager and Delivery Lead with a strong background in Agile frameworks such as SCRUM and Kanban, having delivered projects across Food & Retail, Telecommunications, Gaming, Healthcare and Railway Freight Management.

I have led distributed teams across Australia, Europe, the US and APAC, partnering with Data Architects, BAs and BI leads to design ETL solutions, model data and transform it into actionable insights using technologies such as Power BI and Snowflake.

My delivery experience spans product design, enhancements, testing, maintenance and support; I have managed CRM implementations (Dynamics 365, Salesforce), full-stack work, and C++ device-driver development, while improving delivery processes, stakeholder communication and reporting.

I hold professional Scrum certifications (PSM II, CSM) and an ITIL v3 Foundation qualification, and I focus on continuous improvement, quality of delivery and empowering teams to be self-organising and outcomes-driven.
