What I'm looking for

I seek HR roles where I can lead talent strategy, improve engagement, design organizational solutions, mentor leaders, and use data-driven HR practices to support business goals.

I am an HR professional with over 10 years of progressive experience in human resources management, organizational development, and employee engagement. I align HR strategies with business goals to improve talent acquisition, retention, and workplace culture.

In operational roles I have led onboarding and integration strategies, developed employee engagement initiatives, designed job grading systems, and provided HR guidance to managers and staff. I combine practical HR delivery with training, performance management, and workforce analytics to influence leaders and support employees.

I hold an MA in Psychology and have experience in research and lecturing, which strengthens my coaching, conflict resolution, and evidence-based approach to HR policy, compliance, and organizational design.
