I am an astute and seasoned Customer Service champion with 20+ years of sales expertise across pharmaceutical and medical territory roles. I bring a practical, proven track record in business development, sales management, relationship management, and customer service management.

Currently, I work as a Medical Rep at Visibility Marketing, responsible for promoting Surgical portfolio products (advanced woundcare and incontinence care). Previously, as a Territory Manager at Visibility Marketing (Bayer Consumer Health), I managed and enhanced supply chain relationships and built new channel partnerships through wholesaler, doctor, pharmacy, and front-shop staff engagement.

I have repeatedly delivered measurable portfolio growth—growing the Bayer portfolio by 75% in the first year and achieving sales budgets in the Botswana market, still growing upwards of 70%. I also rolled out promotions and training aligned to sales strategy, supporting successful new product launches and in-store promotions.
