I’m looking for a fast-paced role where I can support compliance-driven processes, handle high-volume public inquiries, and improve operations—while bringing calm, empathetic service and coaching to my team.

I’m a detail-oriented administrative professional with 3+ years of experience in customer service, public-facing communication, and regulatory support. I manage high-volume inquiries, explain complex information clearly, and resolve sensitive issues with professionalism and empathy.

In roles like Senior Admin Specialist and Information & Early Resolution Officer, I processed applications and documentation with a high degree of accuracy, maintained detailed digital records, and ensured compliance with established guidelines, timelines, and service standards.
