I'm looking for a role where I can support dental revenue cycle operations through accurate payment posting, claims processing, insurance verification, patient communication, and follow-up on outstanding receivables.

I've supported U.S. dental practices remotely at Walnut Dentistry, Spring Hope Family Dentistry, and Balaci Dental Group, handling appointments, patient communications, insurance eligibility, payment posting, and claims follow-up.

At Spring Hope Family Dentistry, I processed online payments, submitted claims, corrected claim errors, and resolved outstanding claims to support accurate reimbursement and reduce aged receivables. At Balaci Dental Group, I posted daily payments and adjustments, tracked denial trends, and verified payment activity for 100% accuracy.
