I’m a content moderator with a strong work ethic—what characterizes me best is perseverance, seriousness, and the desire to learn new things. I’m attentive to details and I bring strong organizational capacity to every task, especially when quality and consistency matter.

Recently, I worked as a Content moderator - Telus Digital (Remote from home) for 9 months, building skills in Social Media, Content management, Content Writing, and web content—plus working as a moderator with care for “attention details” using Microsoft Teams. Before that, I collaborated as an Acad projects collaborator (Freelancer) with AutoCAD, design, project management, and project planning, including Google Maps.

Earlier experience strengthened my technical and operations background through Technical support - CTDI (fiber optic, QGIS, technical support) and Back office agent - BMW (back office, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, attention details, proficient English/German). I also bring customer-facing discipline from 7 years and 7 months as a Masseur technician, where communication and human-focused service are essential.
