I’m an onboarding specialist with experience supporting healthcare workflows through accurate patient data entry, medication order processing, and prescription verification. In my current role, I enter patient information and medication orders with attention to detail, verify prescriptions and patient details for correct medication and compliance, and follow HIPPA regulations. I also support the pharmacy team by organizing records and keeping information up-to-date and secure using pharmacy software and electronic health records.

Previously, I handled front-desk and billing responsibilities in a busy clinic environment—managing incoming patient calls, scheduling appointments, coordinating referrals, and completing medical billing and coding with accuracy using CPT and ICD-10 standards. I’ve built my reputation on strong communication, multitasking in fast-paced settings, and reliable time management—whether that means resolving patient needs, verifying insurance, or keeping records organized and compliant.
