What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a part-time remote role where I can support e-commerce sales and customers—handling enquiries, orders, and follow-ups—using CRM workflows and clear communication to hit sales targets.

I’m a founder with hands-on experience running online businesses, managing customers and suppliers, and supporting a small sales team. At Locked In Media, I built the agency offer, Wix website, pricing and onboarding process, then recruited and trained two commission-based sales representatives. I also created a Wix CRM workflow for lead allocation, contact stages, notes and follow-ups.

Previously, I’ve completed around 400-550 orders and handled roughly 1,500-2,000 customer conversations across resale and B2B e-commerce ventures. I’ve sourced stock from Pakistan (and some suppliers in China), negotiated prices by video call, and improved operations using product listings, ratings, and a coded packing workflow that roughly halved dispatch preparation time. I’m seeking a part-time remote role in e-commerce, sales support, customer service, or account support.
