I’m looking for property marketing, property operations, digital marketing, CRM, e-commerce, or customer experience opportunities with established marketing teams, developers, asset managers, or property-service organisations in South Africa, the UK, or internationally, including hybrid and remote roles.

At Amdec Group’s Evergreen Lifestyle Villages, I coordinate lifestyle marketing, resident communications, community events, and operational support across a life-rights retirement environment.

I also support client campaigns through Entrè Marketing, managing HubSpot and Klaviyo CRM administration, audience segmentation, email automation, A/B testing, deliverability, paid social support, and SEO-optimised content. My abandoned-cart flow recovered approximately R51,205 in revenue within 30 days.

I’ve built lead-scoring and segmentation models supporting R1.8M in managed pipeline value, with a 31% MQL-to-SQL conversion rate. I also created dashboards combining GA4, Klaviyo, and Meta Ads data, saving four reporting hours weekly.
