I’m a Marketing Operations Executive supporting campaign operations by executing, maintaining, and reporting on marketing automation workflows. I streamline campaign processes through automation to reduce manual tasks while strengthening lead qualification and conversions.

In my roles, I manage end-to-end campaign execution—ensuring accurate scheduling, tracking, and delivery. I leverage marketing tools to enhance audience engagement, run A/B testing, and report on performance using key metrics to spot trends and improvements.

I’m hands-on with data-driven execution and privacy-safe operations, coordinating segmentation strategies and complex queries for targeted campaigns. I manage data privacy compliance (including GDPR and POPI), maintain data hygiene, and support effective personalization through better database structure.

I enjoy cross-functional collaboration across digital, creative, printing, sales, distribution, and installation teams to keep rollouts smooth. From stakeholder communication and weekly performance reporting to sales enablement through CRM tracking, I help teams move faster and make smarter marketing decisions.
