As a Clinic Director (Options Medical Weight Loss), I oversaw full clinic operations, including staff scheduling, reporting, documentation, and administrative oversight. I held full P&L responsibility and delivered consistent quarterly EBITDA growth through operational improvements and local marketing initiatives, while recruiting, training, coaching, and promoting employees into leadership roles.

In HR Employee Engagement leadership roles, I researched, planned, and coordinated company-wide events, newsletters, fundraisers, recognition initiatives, and internal campaigns—using Adobe InDesign to design and produce monthly internal communications. Across retail leadership positions, I supported hiring, onboarding, scheduling, performance management, interviewing, inventory coordination, and operational execution to drive sales growth and efficiency.
