I'm seeking a learning, organizational development, or leadership development role where I can train and mentor others, coordinate programs, strengthen processes, and support a safe, organized, people-focused environment.

I've trained new administrators and led community operations for The Mommies Network and Beckley Mommies, supporting member engagement, safety processes, events, committees, and performance records.

My background also includes coordinating multidisciplinary behavioral care at Pressley Ridge with 100% HIPAA compliance. I'm building on this hands-on experience through graduate study in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and Organizational Leadership.
