At Southern Peaks Regional Treatment Center, I lead day-to-day operations across residential/PRTF and day-treatment programming. I coordinate staffing, school schedules, transportation, appointments, and changing youth priorities.
I collaborate with school and district education teams and participate in multidisciplinary IEP and behavioral support meetings. I help align supports and follow through on agreed plans for youth in residential and day-treatment programs.
During the facility's transition from an RTF to a PRTF, I helped implement new program structures, documentation expectations, workflows, and staff training. I also turn changing requirements into practical procedures and tools employees can use in daily work.
I facilitate staff trainings and team meetings, create PowerPoint-based and online learning content, and support onboarding and professional development. I'm currently completing a bachelor's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at Purdue University Global.
