I’m looking for an opportunity where I can use my customer service, sales support, and inventory expertise to keep orders accurate, resolve issues efficiently, and continue professional growth in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

I’m a detail-oriented and reliable professional with extensive experience in customer service, sales support, and warehouse inventory management. I’ve built a track record of answering and managing customer needs professionally while keeping work accurate in fast-paced environments.

In my current role, I handle incoming customer phone calls, process and complete web-based orders, and coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely order fulfillment. I also help resolve order issues and customer inquiries, using clear communication to keep things moving.

Previously, I used NetSuite to identify tire availability, quantity, and specifications, coordinated with warehouse management and outside vendors when inventory was unavailable, and trained new employees on systems and customer service standards. Earlier, I managed daily inventory tracking in Excel, troubleshot inventory discrepancies with warehouse teams using WMS and RAPID, and supported purchasing records through organized purchase orders and audits.
