I’m a Learning and Development professional with 5+ years of experience in training delivery, facilitation, curriculum development, learning operations, and LMS coordination. I focus on training needs analysis, stakeholder engagement, and performance improvement through structured learning interventions.

In my current role as a Learning and Development Coordinator, I coordinate learning operations across 176 operational units, conduct training needs assessments, and develop targeted learning solutions. I design training materials, facilitator guides, and learning resources, and I facilitate virtual, blended, and instructor-led sessions.

I’ve delivered learning programmes for 100+ professionals and supported capability development initiatives across 176 operational units. I also manage and coach six field-level training personnel, partner with managers to align learning initiatives with operational goals, and use learner feedback to improve programme effectiveness.

Through technology-enabled learning support and stronger learning governance, I’ve helped reduce support tickets by 40% and training inconsistencies by 30–40% across programmes. I’m especially energised by learning evaluation and impact measurement, using learning analytics and reporting to make training outcomes clear, actionable, and continuously improving.
