I've provided first-line technical support at Tonisoft IT Services, resolving hardware, operating system, driver, and local software issues for team members.

I configure and optimize developer laptop environments, manage local server and database setups with phpMyAdmin, and support daily development workflows using VS Code, Git, and Git Bash. I also maintain technical documentation, system progress logs, and digital data mapping and routing records.

As lead developer for a Student Hostel Management System at KCA University, I built a digital solution for room allocation, user registration, payment tracking, and user access control. I also authored a Software Test Plan covering unit and integration testing and drafted an implementation plan for transitioning paper records to digital systems.

I'm completing a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and bring a methodical, patient approach to helping users and keeping ICT systems running efficiently.
