I’m looking for a role where I can help lead projects and keep operations running smoothly by combining administrative support, accuracy, and customer care to improve efficiency and satisfaction in a fast-paced team.

I’m a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with extensive experience in administrative support, project management, and customer service. I bring strong communication, flexibility, and the ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments.

As a Freelance Project Manager / Consultant, I manage multiple client projects simultaneously, collaborate to understand client needs, and develop tailored project plans. I implement innovative solutions to enhance project efficiency and client satisfaction, while leveraging Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Photoshop/GIMP to keep work moving smoothly.

I also build reliability in day-to-day operations. In my Administrative Assistant role at Carmouche Capital LLC, I schedule maintenance, provide customer service, administer leases and official documents for compliance, and manage accounts receivable activities tied to landlord/tenant disputes.

In addition, I’ve supported revenue operations and customer data integrity. As a Revenue Operations Coordinator, I updated case files and notes in Salesforce to ensure data accuracy and improve client communication, while flagging accounts needing documentation to prevent service delays.
