I’m looking to grow in compliance, fraud prevention, and investigations—turning complex case data into evidence-based reporting. I want a team that values regulatory readiness, continuous quality improvement, and strong cross-functional collaboration.

I’m a detail-oriented compliance and investigations professional focused on fraud prevention, regulatory response, risk analysis, and case investigation. I handle high-risk matters by detecting fraud, conducting root cause analysis, and producing clear, accurate written findings.

I analyze trends across high-risk complaints through Voice of the Customer, evaluate case handling quality across service providers, and support compliance improvements through actionable insights.

As an Executive Relations Team Lead Specialist at Verizon, I led investigations into 200+ high-priority regulatory complaints annually, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely responses.
