At the Social Security Administration, I review complex benefit cases, evaluate evidence from multiple sources, and document findings and determinations. I identify discrepancies, compliance concerns, and privacy or control risks that may need escalation or remediation.
I research federal statutes, regulations, policies, and administrative guidance to resolve unusual cases. My work includes sensitive matters involving financial records, benefits, offsets, and confidential personal information.
I also conduct peer quality reviews and analyze recurring errors and case trends to identify root causes and opportunities for corrective action. I mentor incoming Benefit Authorizers on regulatory interpretation, case analysis, and documentation standards.
Through the National Leadership Development Program, I analyzed matters affecting approximately 130 individuals and presented risk considerations and recommendations to leadership. Earlier, at Wells Fargo, AT&T, and T. Smith State Farm, I worked in regulated financial-services and customer-account environments.
