At Ford, I lead Total Rewards operations strategy and regional execution across LATAM, aligning compensation and benefits programs with global enterprise strategies. I also develop Power BI dashboards to evaluate compensation effectiveness, pay equity, workforce trends, and budget variances.
Previously, at Accenture and EY, I managed or supported compensation planning, benefits administration, benchmarking, and HR due diligence for M&A. At Unisys, I directed HRBP operations and Total Rewards strategy across the South Cone, including compensation, benefits, and payroll.
At Atlas Copco, I oversaw payroll and designed compensation and benefits architecture, while leading union negotiations. I’ve also delivered Compensation and Benefits lectures at University of Belgrano.
