I am a strategic and innovative Global Rewards executive with extensive experience in developing and enhancing complex Rewards programs. Throughout my career, I have demonstrated a strong track record of achievement in leading highly motivated teams and delivering high-impact projects. I have accelerated my career progression across North America and Asia, advising executives on HR and Rewards strategy, operational execution, and leading re-engineering and transformation initiatives.

One of my key accomplishments include revamping the benefits portfolio based on utilization and effectiveness metrics, implementing a client-centric flexible benefits model that integrates wellness and offers personalization. I have also successfully led the technology platform migration (Workday) for Global Rewards across 96 countries, designed and created a new Compensation Professional Services organization, and revamped global Pay for Performance reporting. Additionally, I have served on 10 retirement trusts and implemented a risk and control framework for regulatory compliance and risk management.
