I am a Project and Service Delivery professional with 15+ years of experience managing technology, SaaS, and business transformation initiatives for global clients across Life Sciences, Healthcare, and BFSI.

In my recent role, I managed delivery for a Life Sciences SaaS environment supporting global stakeholders, with responsibility for project planning, governance, RAID management, SLA performance, resource planning, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional teams across multiple locations. I have experience working in GxP-regulated environments and with tools and frameworks including Jira, Confluence, Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, hybrid delivery, ITIL, and project governance.

My experience includes leading teams of 30–40+ members, managing high-volume service environments, improving delivery metrics, reducing resolution times, strengthening SLA performance, and driving process automation. I have also worked with RPA and AI-enabled solutions that generated measurable operational efficiencies and cost savings of $41K+.

I hold PMP®, CSM®, ITIL®, and Six Sigma credentials, along with a background in business analysis and technology-enabled process improvement.

I am particularly interested in Project Management, Project Delivery, Service Delivery, Scrum Master, Program/Operations Management, digital transformation, SaaS delivery, and technology consulting roles. I enjoy solving complex delivery problems, improving processes, working with diverse global stakeholders, and using data, automation, and AI to make teams and operations more effective.
