What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a forward-thinking organization where I can lead programs and projects that deliver digital transformation and automation, strengthen project governance, and guide teams through Agile delivery—turning complex stakeholder needs into measurable outcomes.

I’m a Chartered Project Manager with 10+ years of experience leading digital transformation, business process automation, and enterprise project execution across public and private sectors. I bring a practical, results-focused approach to delivering scope, schedule, and budget accountability.

In my current roles, I design and execute tailored project management frameworks aligned with organizational goals, orchestrate deployment of project management software across teams, and facilitate Agile, Scrum, and product-management training. I also direct multiple concurrent projects while engaging stakeholders to ensure deliverables match strategic business objectives.

I’ve strengthened capacity building through the Chartered Institute of Project Managers of Nigeria, serving as a North Central facilitator for ITF–CIPMN Skill-Up Artisans Programme (SUPA). I deliver competency-based project management training and lead executive-level sessions for LNG personnel, supporting improved project governance, planning, risk, and stakeholder management.

As a Lead Business Analyst and Project Coordinator, I support automation initiatives for state revenue services, including the development of an e-invoicing platform and work on VAT automation for the Nigerian Revenue Service. I provide strategic consultancy, author project documentation, and refine existing project methodologies—grounding delivery in clear processes, strong communication, and change-ready execution.
