What I'm looking for

I’m looking to support and lead Agile, cross-functional delivery for digital products—combining PMP/PSM rigor with AI-enabled workflows. I want fast, remote-friendly teams where I can manage timelines and risks, build great execution plans, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

I’m a Project Management Professional (PMP) and Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) with 9 years of experience leading digital project delivery, software development, and cross-functional initiatives across SaaS, digital transformation, and enterprise environments.

In my current remote role as a Scrum Master, I translate project priorities into execution plans—coordinating Product, Engineering, QA, and Design across the SDLC. I manage timelines, dependencies, Jira workflows, user stories, and sprint reporting while monitoring delivery health and Agile metrics to improve release predictability and on-time delivery.

I also bring strong product and AI workflow expertise. As an AI Analyst, I evaluated AI-generated scheduling recommendations against user requirements (maintaining 99% accuracy), identified workflow inefficiencies and edge cases, and partnered with Product and Engineering teams to validate new AI-powered features and streamline AI-assisted workflows.

Earlier, I led Agile transformations and complex delivery programs as a Project Manager and Senior Project Manager—driving sprint delivery efficiency, reducing cycle times, improving stakeholder satisfaction, and delivering platform rollouts (including phased EGTA Farmers Management System execution).
