I've spent more than six years at GOL Airlines supporting airport operations, team training, onboarding, and customer experience in high-volume environments.

At GOL, I trained employees on SABRE and aviation security procedures (AVSEC), supported operational supervision, and applied CRM strategies to passenger service and contingency management. I was selected for a 15-day assignment in Miami to support the station's post-pandemic reopening, implement processes, and assist a local team of approximately 20 employees.

My international experience also includes supervising field teams and client relationships at PSS Property Support Services in London, along with sales support, after-sales service, CRM, and pricing analysis at CCS Media Ltd.

I've also supported administrative and CRM processes in Milan and led restaurant operations, teams, and corporate events with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention. I bring multilingual communication, intercultural awareness, conflict management, and practical training experience to operational teams.
