I've spent over 20 years improving operations, quality, sales performance and people development across IT solutions, sales and hospitality.

At CCS Media / Advania UK, I worked directly with the CEO and directors to monitor KPIs, strengthen compliance and quality controls, investigate operational issues, and produce executive reports on activity, profitability, absence, recruitment and team performance. I also identified a Credit Control CRM calling-process inefficiency and recommended direct customer telephone numbers to streamline collections.

Previously, I led and developed a team of 12 IT sales representatives at CCS Media, managing forecasting, pipeline activity, customer visits, commercial negotiations, coaching and monthly performance reviews. My office won Sales Office of the Year in 2015.

My earlier hospitality leadership career in London included managing teams of up to 40 employees, with responsibility for recruitment, training, customer service, budgets, P&L, suppliers, operational efficiency and health and safety compliance.
